Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
1. Custom print jobs
Print jobs are made to your specification and cannot be resold, so they are non-refundable and non-returnable except where:
- the delivered work materially differs from the specifications in your accepted quote, or
- the goods arrive damaged or with genuine production defects, or
- we fail to deliver the job at all.
Industry-standard tolerances (reasonable colour variation, ±2mm trim, ±5% quantity on bulk runs) are not defects. Errors contained in artwork you approved are not defects.
2. How to raise a claim
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue and your order reference.
- Keep the goods and packaging — we may need them returned or inspected before any remedy is issued.
- Claims raised after 48 hours, or without evidence, may be declined.
3. Remedies
Where a claim is valid, we will — at our option — reprint the affected items, issue store credit, or refund the affected portion of the order. Reprint is the standard first remedy for print defects. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment account within 7–10 working days.
4. Supplies (non-customised products)
- Unopened, unused supplies in original packaging may be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return delivery is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
- Opened consumables (paper reams, tapes, inks and similar) cannot be returned unless defective.
5. Cancellations
- Print jobs: may be cancelled free of charge before production starts. Once production has started, costs already incurred are deducted from any refund; fully produced jobs cannot be cancelled.
- Supplies orders: may be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund.
6. What is not covered
- Change of mind on custom print jobs.
- Errors in artwork or specifications you approved.
- Colour differences between your screen and the printed result within normal tolerance.
- Delay losses (missed events, lost business) — see the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
